Pet Help

Well puppy has been living with us for a couple of weeks now, she seems to have settled in really well. We’re still having the odd accident, but thankfully they are becoming fewer and farther between.

I’ve actually just started to train her - and the clever little thing that she is she already knows to sit on command, even to the point that when we go for a walk when I stop to look before crossing the road most of the time she now just sits without being told.

Of course being the young thing that she is, when the kids are with us she tends to look at them with sad puppy dog eyes and they figure she has walked far enough so pick her up and carry her - that’s all well and good for now but it won’t be long before she’s too big for that. It’s been an interesting couple of weeks for all of us, but were once again getting used to having a puppy in the house.
