Exercise to Feel Rejoiced
September 16th, 2008 | by admin |People who work out regularly complain the days they do not work out, they feel “grumpy”. The reason behind this is our body adapts to our new working out strategy.
The serotonin and the endorphins released while working out not only uplift your mood, you feel good about your self. Not working out makes you feel down for several reasons. You have doubts about your self if you would ever achieve your weight loss targets or if you are a motivated enough to stay fit. Even though missing exercise for a few days can have an effect on your body. Once you start losing weight your body is in the losing weight mode. When you break that process by either changing your diet plan or by not going to the gym, you put a halt in the process. It is important to take your self to that level first. Athletically when you start your heart rate is lower, when you keep on working out your heart rate rises immensely, your body starts responding to all the exercises you are doing. It is important to set your self a realistic workout plan, something you can follow easily.
You do not have to work out five or six times a week, you can even do a good high powered work out three to four times a week and get your desired results. But make sure when you start working out you realize that your body is like a machine. You need to bring it to a pivotal point where it responds the way you want it to respond. Women in their thirties believe that exercise is their only way to unwind their selves and let go of their stresses why not what better way to work on your self while you feel relaxed.
Exercise has immense benefits not only does it changes your outer look, but works miracles deep within your body. Exercise is necessary for all ages the more regular you are the better it is. To begin with you can try all different types of exercise plans, and see which one you like the most. Trust me you will find you’re personal favorite after exploring a few of them.
